Collaborative Supervision

This workshop is customised for practitioners who are Team Leaders, Practice Leads and provide Peer Support working within The Orange Door, Child-Wellbeing, Family Violence, and Integrated Family Services sector. It aims to provide practitioners with the knowledge & understanding of the key concepts of collaborative reflective supervision that embodies key elements such as interactive, ongoing, supportive, and respectful professional relationships whilst fostering reflective processes.  

 

It cultivates and incorporates an Intersectional Feminist lens, strengths-based, including trauma and violence-informed approach whilst promoting worker safety & wellbeing. To ensure legislative, regulatory, and organizational standards and practices are adhered to.

  • To complete competent supervision records

  • Successfully navigate the transition from colleague to supervisor

  • Encouraging and supporting reflection and reflexivity in supervision

  • Developing strategies for worker safety, wellbeing, Vicarious Trauma & self-care
